π Quality Issues
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues, you may be eligible for a resolution.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@exuals.com with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or video of the defect
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions. Requests submitted after 7 days of receipt will not be accepted.
